One third of human life is spent in bed. Living, resting, crying, hiding, love making, dreaming and dying.
’40 Feathered Winks’ explores the bed as a universal and personal place in which we shut out the rest of the world and experience some of the most profound human emotions and happenings. In this magical theatrical experience, the conscious and unconscious mind interweaves forming a patchwork story of eight characters as they journey in, under, and over their beds. Premiered at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Gilded Balloon, 2007.
'The Paper Birds explore living, loving, leaving and whole lot more of human life in bed. Enjoyable and fresh to watch this is thoroughly entertaining.'
